We are searching for an outgoing, experienced, HR professional who can provide HR advice to businesses in a geographic area ranging from San Diego to Orange County. You?ll work from your own home office, over the phone, via email and on site with an established book of members. You?ll have all the benefits of being a consultant without the hassles of overhead, marketing and running your own business. Supported by a dynamic team of administrative, sales and fellow colleagues, you will assist members on numerous matters including DOL hearings, UI claims, DFEH claims, labor relations, and employment issues.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a B.A. degree and a minimum of 15 years of HR generalist experience in California. Must be proficient with computers, excellent written and oral communication skills and comfortable working in one-on-one settings and speaking in front of large groups. This exempt position reports directly to the Executive Vice President.
