We told you Lindsay Lohan got a new lawyer who wasn't even allowed to practice law in the State of California.
Well, all New York attorney Mark Heller needed to try the Mean Girls star's case with was a local lawyer to sponsor him.
So he found? a founder? The co-founder of the Doheny Dining Club, actually. But is Ms. Lindsay Berger Sacks really a lawyer?
Apparently, she passed the bar in 1994 but hasn't practiced since 1996!
Soo? Will Heller still be able to serve as Lindsay's attorney?
Does Lindsay know her lawyer's lawyer is a restaurateur?
And why would someone named Berger Sacks not call their restaurant Burger Sacks?!
